Tonight, we modified a recipe we recently found in People’s magazine.
These are a great appetizer before your dinner, or to take to a holiday party. Here is how you ‘trim your tree’.
- 1/2 pound of rare roast beef
- 1 bundle of asparagus
- Amana Horseradish Sauce
- Olive Oil
- 1 1/2 tbs of butter
- Sea Salt
- Garlic Salt
Start off heating a pan drizzled with olive oil, on medium heat. After a couple of minutes add in 1 1/2 tablespoons of butter – add in your asparagus. Toss them around for about ten minutes, periodically sprinkling sea salt, and garlic salt on the asparagus.
Once your asparagus is ready, individually wrap each one with a slice of roast beef that is covered with the horseradish sauce. Once they are all wrapped, sprinkle garlic salt over the completed “trees” and serve.
These will be gone so fast!
