Most of my creations have been using leftovers, and turning them into something much better.
This morning, I was looking through the fridge and noticed that we had a lot of Costco Party Sandwiches left from this weekend’s Graduation festivities. I love fried eggs, and thought that a fried egg sandwich with the Costco sandwiches would be delicious.
I cracked one large egg, and fried it. I seasoned it when garlic salt, restaurant style pepper, and one twist off garlic pepper. While that was cooking, I placed the sandwich in the oven and boiled it so it could heat up, and melt the cheese.
On this party platter of sandwiches, there are turkey with smoked gouda, roast beef and cheddar, or ham and swiss. I chose the turkey and gouda, sounded like a good breakfast sandwich.
As the egg finished up cooking, I threw in some leftover sauteed mushrooms for some extra flavor on the sandwich.
