Well, add this on to the list of why Des Moines is awesome. CheeseandChampaign.com just gave a shout-out to The Cheese Shop of Des Moines as one of the 12 Best (Little) Cheese Shops in the United States. Now, they divided up the US into the regions and Des Moines was number one on the list for the Midwest. Other notable cheese shops were The Better Cheddar, Kansas City, Missouri and the St. Paul Cheese Shop in Minnesota.
