Culinary Fight Night ® is an interactive cooking competition with elements of “Iron Chef” and “Chopped” included, while incorporating an amazing charitable twist.  This very unique opportunity is intended to highlight local chefs and their culinary skills as well as bring awareness to various foundations and charities.Culinary Fight Night ® consists of  2 teams of  local chefs, cooking head to head, inside a boxing ring vying for an array of prizes, including a portion of the proceeds received from CFN®, which will be donated to the winning teams charity of choice. The chefs will be required to prepare a 3 course meal while incorporating 3 secret ingredients (that are voted on by our guests via the CFN website) for our panel of celebrity judges (5), seated ringside, as well as our live audience (150).  Each course will be scored in 4 categories: Taste, Presentation, Creativity and Overall Experience.

We are currently producing a Midwest Series through April and our 1st stop will be Des Moines, IA followed by Chicago, IL, Milwaukee, WS and St. Louis, MO.
