Okay, so chili doesn’t come to mind right away during the summer months but you can’t pass up something this easy and cheap!
What you’ll need.
- 1/2 lb ground pork
- 1 can of tex-mex diced tomatoes
- 1/2 can of black beans
- dashes of chili powder
- dashes of cyan pepper
Directions:
While you’re cooking the ground pork, combine the tex-mex diced tomatoes with black beans, and seasonings. Be sure to add about 1/4 cup of water to dilute the tomatoes (they’re a little salty). Bring to a slight boil. Then, it’s time to put the pork in and bring the heat down to low. Let it simmer for about 15 minutes. Serve with shredded cheese and a roll.
ENJOY!
